For Attendees

Is there free parking and where?

Parking is free for all patrons at the Westin YYC Conference Center.

What time does it start and end?

The show doors open at 10am and close at 4pm.

What time are the workshops?

Can I buy tickets at the door?

There may be limited tickets available at the door. We highly recommend you pre-purchase your tickets. https://yyctravelshow.com/get-tickets/

How do I win prizes?

There are many ways to win, including buying raffle tickets, entering contests at some booths, VIP passports (VIP pass holders) and our social media contest. (use #yyctravelshow and tag @yyctravelshow on Instagram)

What is included with the VIP pass?

VIP passes are for avid travellers only who are looking for an all-access pass including the VIP airport lounge, free access to all workshops with reserved VIP seats and more chances to enter exclusive contests to win more prizes.

What if I need help getting my tickets?

All tickets are managed by Eventbrite, please login to your account to manage your tickets or go to https://www.eventbrite.ca/contact/ to contact them for assistance.

What time is my workshop?

Workshop times will be released closer to the date and displayed at the event. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier.

Where is my workshop?

The location of the workshops will be displayed at the show we will have clear directions in case of room changes.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, refunds are allowed up to 30 days before the event. You must request a refund in the Eventbrite system. No refunds 30 days prior to the event.

For Vendors

What do I need to become a vendor?

Any reputable local businesses are invited to apply to become a vendor. Travel Vendors need to have a valid IATA number. Subject to review and approval of Travel Gurus.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, vendor refunds may be issued 60 days before the event. Please contact us at info@yyctravelshow.com
